A Cookie Swap and a book signing with Julia A. Usher, author of Cookie Swap, Creative Treats to Share Throughout The Year.

To kick off the Holiday season, Rabelais announces our annual cookie swap. This year we will combine this festive tradition with a book signing with cookie expert Julia A. Usher, author of the new book Cookie Swap, Creative Treats to Share Throughout the Year. Usher is a contributing editor at Dessert Professional, a James Beard Award journalism finalist and her work has appeared in Bon Appetit, Gastronomica and Better Homes and Gardens.

As with last years swap participants will bring a couple dozen cookies and we will all swap. Everyone will go home with a pile of new cookies. Usher will be on hand to lend professional support and answer any questions about cookie making and swapping. It will be a fun afternoon for all.
