Barbara Lynch, chef/owner of such prestigious Boston restaurants as No. 9 Park, the Butcher Shop and B&G Oysters, and winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast in 2003, will come to Rabelais to sign copies of new book, Stir, Mixing it Up in the Italian Tradition.
Lynch's restaurants have won rave reviews from press both local and national. In 2003 Travel & Leisure declared No. 9 Park one of the "Top 50 Restaurants in America", an accolade also awarded by Gourmet magazine. Finally in print, Lynch's recipes will give home cooks the chance to try some of her legendary food in their own kitchens.
