Join us to celebrate the publication of David Chang's new book Momofuku! David will be at the store to speak and sign books, and will be joined by Bob Appetit Restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton, who will be leading a Q&A with Chang. Momofuku is really two books in one: the first is a fantastic cookbook, with recipes for some of the best menu items from Chang's three award-winning Momofuku restaurants; the second is a personal memoir outlining the chef's meteoric rise, and the decisions and difficulties faced along the way. This is sure to be an energized event.
