The Quimby Colony and Rabelais are proud to present Good Meat, a tasting, talk and book signing with Deborah Krasner, James Beard award winning cookbook author.

For this event we will be tasting and side-by-side comparing Beef, Chicken, Pork and Lamb. Then Krasner will lead us through the ins and out of sourcing and preparing sustainable meat. Copies of her new book, Good Meat, The Complete Guide to Sourcing and Cooking Sustainable Meat, will be available for sale, and Deborah will be signing. In addition to appearing regularly on The Splendid Table, Deborah contributes to Bon Appetit and Real Simple magazines, and operates a cooking retreat in Vermont. She was awarded a James Beard award for her book The Flavors of Olive Oil.

Please note the event takes place at the new Quimby Colony at the Roma:
