Rabelais will host its first ever Cookie Swap to celebrate the publication of Camden resident Elinor Klivans' newest book, The Essential Chocolate Chip Cookbook, on Saturday June 14th from 2-4 PM. This is an invitation to any and all to bring in a batch of your favorite cookies. We'll share recipes, tips and tricks with fellow cookie bakers, and with a published expert on the delicious little disks. Elinor will be available to sign copies of her book and answers questions about baking. Klivans has written many classic books on sweets including Fearless Baking and Big Fat Cookies. Rabelais calls all cookie bakers to come out and share their favorites.
