Also, this will be your opportunity to purchase books from the library of food historian Alice Ross, all at the above discounts. Alice's library consisted of hundreds of antiquarian books from the late 19th through the early 20th centuries, as well as over one thousand books on food history, and many, many hard-to-find cookbooks. Some of the books in this collection were important books, but in less than collector's condition, so this is a chance to buy antiquarian cookery at good prices. And these are not the types of books you see everywhere.
