The booklet includes twenty-six recipes, attributed here to the famous medical doctor and gastronome Edouard de Pomiane, pseudonym of Édouard Pozerski. The little booklet is printed by the lithographers, Maron-Esperonnier, Imp., who often printed large color advertising posters, and the front and rear panels have attractive color designs. Fine.
