New York: D. Appleton-Century Company, Incorporated, 1934.

A work on dining and entertaining from one of the most prominent American socialites of the early 20th century, immortalized in the lyrics of Cole Porter's Anything Goes. She's been credited, though not entirely accurately, with having invented the profession of interior design. Some light foxing to text-block edges; Fore edge of a few leaves rough from having been cut open. In publisher's bright orange cloth, gilt-titled at spine and on front board. In unclipped, printed in black and orange. Some edgwear to jacket and a bit of fading to the spine panel. Still a near fine copy of an elusive book.
