Later American printing of this classic Swedish cookbook, produced by Chicago's dynamic Swedish community. Originally issued as a Swedish students' cookbook, by the editor of the trade school for home economics at Upsala. The book was first printed in Chicago in 1893, and went through multiple printings with various local publishers. Some age-toning to text block, otherwise very good, in slightly edge worn, gilt-titled and decorated, bright blue cloth.
