Ink stamp to title page and half-title of the grand culinary suppliers Dupont et Malgat who were also the publishers of Saulnier's Repetoire de la Cuisine. Bookplate to front pastedown of the Carl Sontheimer Foundation. Sontheimer was the creator of the Cuisinart, and a significant collector of culinary books.
