A product cookbook containing a collection of recipes for use with Cerealine, a "flaky substance, the product of White Indian Corn". The short recipes are presented in narrative form. A few short testimonials precede the recipes. In subsequent editions further testimonials and lists of awards appear, and the title changes a "Most Celebrated French Cook" to just a "Celebrated Cook". Clean and sound; printed on pale blue paper throughout. Some light staining and a closed tear to the fore edge of one leaf, otherwise near fine. Very scarce.
