Another of the many books of Sarah Tyson Rorer, Director of the Philadelphia Cooking School, and author of Mrs. Rorer's Cook Book. The book's publishers were the manufacturers of the Gem Freezer, and ice cream maker, and the recipes are for ice creams and ices.
