The introduction and comments by Poppy Cannon add context for the recipes and advice on creating the European dishes with the ingredients found on the shelves of American markets. Blue paper-covered boards over a red cloth spine; slightest edgewear to boards. In very clean, dust jacket, with a tiny bit of wear to the head of the spine panel. Overall, very near fine.
