Chicago: Published by P.F. Volland Company, 1918.

Small octavo (19 x 13 cm.), 127 pages. Index. Stated Wartime Edition, evident Second Edition, expanded significantly from the 1907 original published by the Rogerson Press. Some light pencil annotations to a few pages. In publisher's tan cloth, decorated and titled in gilt and red. Generally very good. Scarce in the marketplace.
