How to Cook for the Sick and Convalescent: arranged for the physician, trained nurse, and home use.

Philadelphia: J.B. Lippincott Co., 1904.

Octavo (19.5 x 13 cm.), 297 pages. Index. Second Edition, Revised and Enlarged; originally issued in 1901. An interesting collection of recipes related to home care or home nursing. Contains seventy recipes not included in the first edition, as well as a "complete classification" of the recipes. I would be remiss not to mention the inclusion of the "Clam Frappé". In green cloth, gilt-titled on the front board and on the spine. Fine. The early, and rather plain dust jacket has some edge chipping and closed tears. Still, near very good. [OCLC records fourteen copies].
