A promotional cookbook, which could be labeled with various clients, in this case the Westfield Trust Company of Westfield, New Jersey. The Trust's name appears on the front wrapper and more information on the rear, including a pastedown label with, I presume, updated information. It's interesting that this edition appears, credited to Ethel Harris, as some earlier editions credit the recipes to the famous French cook Francois Tanty, stating the book was "adapted from the author's La cuisine française: French cooking for every home." In publisher's illustrated tan wrappers, printed in blue. Fine. [OCLC locates no copies with this date or credit to Ethel Harris, but four copies of the 1906 edition].
