For this second work, Julia was joined by Simone Beck only. BCE, and thus slightly smaller than the original. One leaf of the preface has a short tear and a crinkle at the top of the gutter, likely a bindery error. In publisher's decorated boards, which are clean and bright. The dust jacket has some small edge tears but is bright; spine panel lightly soiled. Overall very good. With Julia's inscription, "Bon Appetit!, Julia Child" on a book label of "The French Chef, WGBH-TV, Channel 2, Boston"
