A collection of recipes from the famed Swedish cooking school attended by, among others, Princesses Margaret of Denmark, Martha of Norway and Astrid of Belgium. The translator tells us the book is an effort to introduce Swedish cooking to a wider American audience. Edges marbled, some light age-toning to text block. Blue cloth with gilt-titled and decorated and with three oval black & white photographic portraits of the princesses pasted on; a few very small stains to edge of text block, otherwise very good. Lacking the dust jacket.
