A guide to small scale winemaking with chapters on red, white and sparkling wines, and for each, clearly written instructions for grape selection, tools required, fermentation, drawing off the must, pressing, and care of the wines. Original quarter linen over brown paper-covered boards, printed title label to spine. Mild darkening to spine, some light rubbing to covers, especially at the foot of the spine, otherwise near very good.
