Winfield's Put-and-Call Trading Guide.

New York: Published by the author Bernard Winfield, 1934.

Octavo (22 x 14.5 cm.), [vi], 50, [1] pages. Illustrated in the text, and with a folding chart laid-in. Advertisement for author’s firm. FIRST EDITION. This work was published just weeks before Winfield supplied criticisms on this subject to Senate Hearings (February 24 -April 5, 1934) on the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The laid-in trading chart, titled the 'Put & Call Trading Guide' is an earlier version (dated 1933) of the 'Put & Call Trading Record', which appears in the book, in a much small, and slightly different form. Also laid-in is a business card of C.E. Henderson, employee of Bernard Winfield. Internally clean. Publisher's printed, paper-covered boards are lightly soiled and work at the head of the spine. Overall, near very good. [OCLC locates thirteen copies].

Price: $250.00
