The cover title continues, "Compliments of Gooderham & Worts, Toronto, est. 1832". Evident FIRST EDITION. A scarce Canadian vest-pocket cocktail guide and promotional booklet for the Toronto distillers Gooderham & Worts, once the largest distillery in the world. Each cocktail recipe receives a full (though tiny) page, interspersed with advertisements for the individual spirits produced by Goodenham. Includes a section of recipes for mixing drinks in large quantities. Interior lightly soiled and pages a bit wavy; floral decorated endpapers stained. In limp, brown leatherette, blind-and gilt-stamped. Rubbed, and somewhat worn. Good. Scarce.
