Making Sense of Burgundy.

New York: William Morrow & Company Inc., 1990.

Thick octavo (22.5 x 14 cm.), 528 pages. Index. Illustrated with maps, tables. FIRST EDITION. The second book in Kramer’s important “Making Sense” series, following Making Sense of Wine; and the hardest to find in the series. One of the earliest works to reveal actual ownership of many of the vineyards of Burgundy, a long-kept secret. Edges of text block spotted a bit, otherwise fine, in a fine dust jacket. Fairly scarce.

Price: $100.00
