Number 89 of 500 copies set in Caslon and SB Open and printed at the Fanfare Press on Batchelor Kelmscott handmade paper. An unlimited trade edition on machine made paper was issued simultaneously. "The menus and recipes in this book are all cuisines bourgeoise of rather a high order." Brick-red cloth over quarter brown buckram, gold-blocked with roundels; gilt-titled spine, top edge trimmed.
