Murrey was the caterer of New York's Astor House and Philadelphia's Continental Hotel, and the author of a popular series of single-subject books published by Frederick Stokes. In publisher's pale gray cloth with color-decorated paper covered boards. Tiny bit of rubbing to edges and some offsetting to pastedowns and free endpapers, otherwise fine.
