A promotional cookbook for Royal Baking Powder, with the fairy tale of the Little Gingerbread Man in verse, with both text and images including references to the product. Also includes seven recipes. Plumly, well-known as the author of many of the Oz stories, collaborated with illustrator Charles J. Coll on at least three books: "Princess White Mouse (1920), "The Little Gingerbread Man" (1923) and "The Princess of Gelatin Isles" (1926), all published by Royal. Small stain to fore edge of most leaves; some light soiling to title page. Light abrasions to color printed wrappers and one quarter-inch closed tear. Near very good.
