Berne [Switzerland]: 1958.
Single-fold menu, (15 x 10.5 cm.). With the embossed coat of arms of the Kingdom of Greece. A menu and seating chart for a diplomatic dinner given for King Paul and Queen Frederica by the President of Switzerland, Thomas Holenstein. The seating chart is for a similar dinner on September 10, one day earlier. While the location of the dinner is not indicated on the menu or seating chart, the items hail from the collection of Ferdinand Sperl, who was an hotelier himself, born and raised in the world of Swiss hotels. Sperl's typed notes on the envelope for the menu indicates the hotel by name. The seating chart is folded. The menu is fine.
