Octavo-sized, stapled booklet, 15 pages. Sandwich recipes of the most refined type, with reference to Mrs. Chapin's Cream Dressing, Tartar Sauce and Orange Marmalade, as well as to King Arthur Flour. The only other recorded copy resides at the Schlesinger. The record states the following on the title page, "The proceeds from the sale is to be applied to the Red Cross work and missionary work of Central Congregational Church, Boston." This copy does not include this mission. Some rubbing and soiling to the gilt-decorated, pale blue card wrappers; some chipping to foot of front panel. Otherwise very good or better. Scarce. [OCLC locates just one copy but a variant, at the Schlesinger (see above); not in Brown or Cook].
