Thick octavo, 252 pages. Illustrated throughout. First edition. A cookbook with a preliminary calendar for the year 1933. Not quite an almanac/cookbook but in that vicinity. This is the only year for which we can find any record, so the annual aspect of the book was short-lived. The illustrations throughout include color illustrations of various dishes, and black and white photographic illustrations of the kitchen, organization, process, etc. Printed in double columns on thick paper. Fine in tan, textured cloth, titled in blue, in a very near fine dust jacket depicting a kitchen cabinet. Quite rare. [OCLC locates just five copies of this title: two at BL, and one each at Oxford, National Library of Wales and the National Library of Sweden; not in Axford].
