A much later edition of this influential and massively successful cookbook, originally published in 1901. The emphasis is American, with a smattering of hearty Eastern European Jewish fare. In earlier editions, the Jewish/Eastern European influence was more prevalent. Internally very good, with pages clean and bright and the tab index undamaged.
