London: The Scientific Press, [circa 1897].
Octavo (22 x 15 cm.), viii, 264 pages. Advertisements. FIRST EDITION, second or third printing. Driver reports the first edition as published 1893, with the "New and popular edition" issued 1899. The publisher's address indicated on the title page, "28 & 29 Southampton Street", makes it likely that this was issued 1897.
