New York: the author/Harbor Press Inc., 1970.
Octavo, 70 pages. First edition. Although a larger cookbook was planned, Rudolph Stanish published only this thin book of his best advice. Known as the "Omelet King", Stanish cooked for Paul and Bunny Mellon, Goldman Sachs, and a parade of royalty and celebrities. With a touch of foxing to the edge of the text block, otherwise very good or better. In printed yellow dust jacket. Inscribed by the chef, "Bon Appetit, Rudy Stanish", on the free front endpaper.
