Oblong quarto, 73 pages. Illustrated with black & white photographs. First edition of this artist book about - well, zucchini. The book group out of a pair of performance exhibitions given in Toronto in 1973 and 1974, and contains a brief history of the prolific squash, along with recipes for a 30 course zucchini meal, and a series of fun photos of the vegetable as hood ornament, earrings, hats, etc. Tiny bit of yellowing to the printed boards, otherwise a fine copy.
