The illustrations appear within the index, and depict Soyer's products (stewing pan, alarm clock, vegetable drainer, stewing pan, chimney jack, and "Soyer's Kitchen for the Army"). Text block sound, with some light soiling and age-toning. Bound later in limp marbled paper, now chipped at the edges and at the head of the spine.
