Join us at Hugo's on the night of Thursday, October 27th with James Beard and IACP Award winning author Rowan Jacobsen for a five course dinner celebrating the release of Rowan's newest book, The Essential Oyster. The door opens at 6pm, beginning with a cocktail reception before a five course tasting menu from Chefs Mike Wiley and Andrew Taylor that will feature a variety of oysters and preparations. Tickets are $140, and include dinner, tax, gratuity, and a copy of The Essential Oyster.Wine pairing or other beverages are available separately.
