First edition, second printing of this classic of counterculture cooking, originally authored by the collective, with Mollie Katzen, who would go on to be credited as the author, being given credit here for "design, editing, handwriting, pen and ink illustrations" Moosewood has gone one to be honored as one of the thirteen most influential restaurants of the 20th century by Bon Appetit, and received a James Beard Foundation "American Classic" award. The cookbook went on to be published by Ten Speed Press, and is one of the bestselling cookbooks of all time. Some light staining and spotting to the decorated wrappers, otherwise very good in publisher's brown plastic comb binding.
