Illustrated with steel engravings of machinery for all aspects of industrial chocolate and cocoa processing, including roasting machines, melangeurs, chocolate dipping machines, almond crispers, and so much more. Also included is various related ephemera, including additional catalogue pages, Patent Office pamphlets, photographs, and blueprints. Condition varies greatly, and there is some significant staining and wear to some of the pieces. Still a remarkable survival.
