Chef Barbara Lynch comes to Rabelais to sign her
new book Stir, Mixing it Up in the Italian Tradition.

Barbara Lynch, chef/owner of such prestigious Boston restaurants as No. 9 Park, the Butcher Shop and B&G Oysters, and winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast in 2003, will come to Rabelais to sign copies of new book, Stir, Mixing it Up in the Italian Tradition.

Local heroine Margaret Hathaway is back with her newest book, Living With Goats. We are thrilled to be hosting Goastravaganza II: The Return of the Kid, with Margaret signing books, an exhibit of photographs by Karl Schatz, goat-themed food from Aurora Provisions, and an appearance from some cupine stars!

Lucinda Quinn Scala - Mad Hungry

Lucinda Quinn Scala will be in the store to sign copies of her new book, Mad Hungry, Feeding Men and Boys. The book is full of classic, authentic recipes for any modern eater, in a truly beautiful design. Quinn is a co-host of Everyday Food on PBS and oversees Martha Stewart Omnimedia’s food group.   Saturday, 4:30-6:30pm.

‘Lobsters of Portland’ by Anna Low

Join us for an opening reception for the photographs of Anna Low. The opening is  part of this month’s First Friday Art Walk. Titled 'Lobsters of Portland,' the show features gum dichromate prints of pop inflected images from around Portland.
